I'm losing track of days this week. Well, I now have a green belt in my karate class, meaning I can now free spar. That will usually mean I will get the shit beaten out of me when it comes time to do that. Anyone else who looks at this blog in some form of martial arts?
I am now aware that I'm not nearly as active as I should be. I find myself waking up at anywhere from 7:00 A.M. to 12 noon during the week and the rest of the day I usually sit around watching T.V. My personal remedy for this is, of course, getting out of the house more, taking walks with friends and such. My friend, Nellie, has agreed to help me with so every day that we can, when its not raining outside, we will take a nice long walk until I get out of my little spell of Sloth.
